SKPD Asked to Be Proactive Toward BPK

City Secretary, Saefullah asked the regional working unit (SKPD) to proactively receive the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) during performance inspection.

Over the next 20 days, there are at least three SKPDs that will be inspected for performance.

Three SKPDs Used as Sample Inspection By Jakarta BPK

"I want if there is every document request, it must be processed quickly. So it can be more proactive, no more reasons," he expressed, at City Hall, Tuesday (7/18).

He also urged officials to proactively participate thus the data received by BPK is valid. The inspection results by BPK will also be an evaluation material for SKPD in serving the people.

"Evaluation results will be made in correction for us. After this, 20 days ahead, there will be further treatment," he stated.

He added those SKPDs that will be sampled are Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Dept. associated with the management of population administration, Jakarta Communications, Information and Statistics Dept. associated with the management of existing systems, Jakarta Public Housing and Residential Dept. associated with the flat management in the capital.
